Ultra High Clearance

This is important to understand. Often customers would like to run a bigger tire, but opt for a 35 or smaller simply because they only want (or can afford) to run 2-3 inches of lift. An easy solution is to sell them the 2-3 inch cost effective lift, MCE Fenders and then the 37’s they really want on their JK. Or no lift and 35’s with stock suspension and MCE Fenders. An ideal solution for near new Jeeps with owners concerned about their factory warranty if they upgrade the suspension. Also perfect for customers who have upgraded tire size and now the factory fenders are being pulled loose or falling off when the tires contact requiring re-installation and new factory fasteners.

Superior Material

The materials used in these fenders are significantly longer lasting than other plastic fenders as a result of our proprietary TPO plastic blend. Completely UV stable MCE Fenders will never fade in sunlight, offer flexibility to a minimum of -40F* and return to their shape time and again after an impact. Not cheap, but very durable. The result is a fender that will survive the most extreme conditions the customer can throw at them and they won’t turn chalky white like the factory or other aftermarket fenders can. It’s the right material for the job.

Finish

Comes in black textured finish, same as original equipment bumpers etc. They are easily painted by adding a flex agent to the paint MCE fenders will accept standard automotive paints and the TPO blend can be sanded smooth for a perfect custom finish if desired. Plasti-dip also adheres well and can be a good temporary option for customers wanting to change things up occasionally.

Off road ready

The single wall construction allows the fender to bend and absorb impact then bounce back to the original shape. Developed in the northwest by Jeepers who tired of fenders being crushed or damaging the body itself (steel fenders) MCE Fenders are the only true “Offroad” designed plastic fenders on the market. Others will keep mud off the bodywork, but none were engineered with the intent to actually survive impacts and protect the Jeep tub and sheet metal at the same time.

MCE’s are Energy Absorbing! Our fenders will bend and fold before being pulled off or damaging the tub or inner fenders and then return to the original shape. This is incredibly important on Jeep JK’s. The bodywork is extremely thin and vulnerable on these Jeeps and it’s quite common for steel tube fenders to bend the bodywork they are attached to resulting in serious damage to the tub or front structure when hit reasonably hard. Allowing the fenders to absorb the impact greatly reduces the impact loads on the structures to which they are attached. A crushed tub, with a perfect tube fender isn’t much of a consolation in the event of a big hit.

Light Weight

Extremely tough and durable, but less than 15 lbs per set on a JK. These new Jeeps are heavy enough from all the accessories they are often fitted with. Reducing weight just makes sense when possible and even better to reduce weight up high to help keep the center of gravity low.

MCE (Modern Classic Enterprises), LLC started as the vision of Co-CEOs Jason Robson and Mike Waclawski. Jason and Mike live the outdoor Jeep lifestyle, and live by the MCE brand. The MCE brand focuses on innovation and quality. We also dig playing -almost- as hard as we work. Based out of the Pacific Northwest, an area that is well known for it’s coffee, music, and home to many Alaskan fishing boats, there are also nearly endless areas to four-wheel and explore in the rugged Cascade and Olympic mountain ranges around us. Building and driving Jeeps that are capable and reliable to escape the city for four-wheeling adventure has been a way of life for Mike and Jason. Mike and Jason also continue to drive their Jeeps the 2,000 + mile round trip to Moab, UT every year. Lastly, but certainly not least, customer service and customer satisfaction are paramount to the MCE brand. We base our business the old fashion way, where a hand shake and word means everything to us.

Our fenders and flares were originally designed and produced out of necessity. Necessity to remain light weight, yet be able to take an occasional brushing up against a tree or rock. After almost a decade of fabricating, creating, and experimenting (including failures), Mike and Jason were able to hone in on the latest technology, producing the best material for the application. In 2009, MCE was formed and produced it’s first product for the public: a new front fender that was durable and light weight, and would not transfer pressure (from contacting a tree or rock) to the vehicle body.

Today, our product line has grown to cover front and rear applications for Jeeps from 1987 to 2017. Our Generation II and III fenders and flares are made of MCE-Spec TPO, a proprietary cutting edge material, from a new process which is only beginning to be implemented in the plastics industry. They are the most durable and technologically advanced fender on the market, with an industry-leading warranty to back it. Companies such as ARB, Currie Enterprises, Savvy Offroad, Monster Energy, Teraflex, 4 Wheeler Magazine, and more run MCE flares on their vehicles, and can be seen on our media page. Marc Bowers was also added to the helm to work in brand expansion in sales and distribution. Marc brought 12 years of industry experience to the team, as well as valuable skills in nearly every department.
