Delivery Schedules Special Order Products 

Unfortunately due to unexpected delays with European Customs and Border Control, there are a small number of products we will not be able to deliver on time.

We want to assure our customers that we would do our best to provide the highest standard of service.

The minute the delayed product arrives in our warehouse, it will be dispatched immediately on next day delivery service.

You will receive tracking details when this happens, therefore please allow an extra few days in addition to the advised delivery date. 

Please accept our sincere apologies if this applies to your order, but the delay is beyond our control.

Jeepey Team:

The Jeepey Team are committed to providing you with great service, tech advice, competitive pricing, however when placing your order please take note of the following notices on our shop:

  • Immediate Delivery - The part is in stock at our UK Warehouse and will be dispatched the same working day if the order is placed before mid-day. Orders placed after mid-day will be collected the following working day. The majority of orders will be delivered to the customer the next working day, however, we depend on our couriers to meet their delivery targets for this to happen. If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, most of our deliveries come with a tracking code, this will enable you to check the delivery status.
  • Special Order - These parts have to be ordered from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive with you, normal circumstances will take between 7 to 21 days, some parts will take longer, and could be temporarily unavailable or discontinued . To help ensure a speedy delivery of your order, parts on your order could be substituted with the equivalent part from an alternative manufacturer. You will be notified before your order is processed and given the option to cancel before any payment is processed. Please Note: Non Stocked, buy in products are non returnable unless there is a warranty failure.

Pricing Policies:

Some of our prices could be subject to change after your order has been placed, this will be due to a manufacturer's unexpected price rise, increased import tariffs, surcharges, fuel price increases and handling fees from our couriers. Unfortunately, due to these increased charges, we will no longer be able to absorb additional surcharges for non-mainland (Highlands and Islands) shipping costs. You will be notified if there is a price increase to your order or increased shipping fee, you will have the option to cancel your order with a full refund.

Export Orders:

Unfortunately until further notice we are unable to offer an export service from our warehouse. However, should you wish to choose a freight forwarder or arrange your own freight collection from our warehouse, this is still possible.

If you would like to arrange a freight forwarder with a UK address we can ship your order to them, please see contact us for further information.

Collection from Jeepey Warehouse - If you have your own freight handler we can work with them to arrange collection from our warehouse but please note this can include an admin charge (Please ensure your selected freight handler is prepared to complete commercial invoices & the necessary customs documentation).

We have had to make these changes due to the current economic climate and the increased workload that our staff faced due to customs and border controls, however, it is something we will continue to review.

Visiting Jeepey and Storm

Customers can view our sales vehicles, and collect pre-booked orders, by appointment.

We request all visitors sign in at reception and follow our Health and Safety guidelines whilst on the premises. 


If you have purchased a Warn VR EVO from Jeepey Ltd or Storm Jeeps since 2019 and have not received an email from our Sales Team before the 23rd June, please contact us immediately:

We have been made aware of the defect which exists in the handled remote-control device that was sold with the WARN VR EVO Winches. Please note this recall applies only to the remote controls and not the winch itself. 

WARN have identified a defect in a small number of remotes which may have been exposed to or submerged in water, the exhibited failure can result in unintended winch operation, which may increase the risk of injury. 

The Jeepey Limited team are taking the recall and the increased risks very seriously working with both WARN and the UK distributor to work with customers affected. Below are the models affected with the part numbers. 

  • P/N 103250 – VR EVO 8
  • P/N 103251 – VR EVO 8-S
  • P/N 103252 – VR EVO 10
  • P/N 103253 – VR EVO 10-S
  • P/N 103254- VR EVO 12
  • P/N 102355 – VR EVO 12-S
  • P/N 104218 – S/P Remote & Control Module 

We would ask you to follow the instructions on the attached document and if your remote is affected with corrosion take clear pictures and send them back to us via email with the model of your winch and the serial number so we can then arrange a replacement. 

Regarding new winches steps have been taken by WARN to ensure checks are complete before they leave the warehouse and it is our understanding that they are looking to release a waterproof remote in the future.
