Jeep Wrangler JL (2018+) with Teraflex bump stop kit 

By limiting suspension up travel, TeraFlex Bump Stops allow the use of larger tires while keeping the factory fenders.

JL Rubicon models feature high-clearance fenders that allow for more up travel, while the lower-clearance fenders on JL Sport and Sahara restricts tire size due to fender rubbing. 

In order to address these fender differences, TeraFlex designed a proprietary modular bump stop system, which can be adapted to fit several different lift height and tire size configurations.

In addition to the main 2′′ bump stop spacers included in Teraflex lifts, this system includes multiple 0.5′′ interlocking spacers that can be added to fine tune bump stop height to limit suspension up travel. 

The TeraFlex JL/JLU: 0.5” Front & Rear Bump Stop Strike Pad Shim Kit extends the reach of the factory bump stops on lifted JL/JLU Wrangler models to soak up energy during hard compression and suspension movement. Combine with our JL/JLU: 2” Front & Rear Bump Stop Strike Pad Extension Kit (# 1959500) to fine tune your strike pad height. 

Max Tire Size w/ JL/JLU: 2” Front & Rear Bump Stop Strike Pad Kit (# 1959500):

• Sport/Sahara Fenders: 35” (w/ 3” front & 2.5” rear bump stops) 
• Sport/Sahara Fenders: 37” (w/ 3.5” front & 4” rear bump stops) 
• Rubicon Fenders: 37” (w/ 2.5” front & 3” rear bump stops) 
• Aftermarket High Fenders: 39”+ (varies)

Includes: 
• 0.5” front bump stop strike pad shims - 2 pair 
• 0.5” rear bump stop strike pad shims - 2 pair

Note(s):

• Sport/Sahara Fenders require 3” front and 2.5” rear bump stop extensions and shims in order to fit 35” tires. 
• Sport/Sahara Fenders require 3.5” front and 4” rear bump extension and shims in order to fit 37” tires.  
• Rubicon Fenders require 2.5” front and 3” rear bump stop extensions and shims in order to fit 37” tires. 
• Aftermarket High Fenders required to fit 39”+ tires. Bump extension and shim requirements will vary based on setup including wheel/tire combination, shock collapsed length, and fenders. Installer must check for clearances. 

 Requires 2” Front & Rear Bump Stop Strike Pad Extension Kit (# 1959500) found in Teraflex lift kits – NOT INCLUDED.
