Our ART-145-R was designed to repair the full length floor support/torque box by capping over the original. It covers all three mounting points and includes high grade body mount bolts and nuts welded in place for each mount. You will need to remove the mounting points where the frame and body are bolted together. Comes with detailed installation instructions.
