IMPORTANT ORDER  & COVID INFORMATION:

Brexit transition:

Following our first week of trading under the new rules for importing goods from the EU, we are encountering unfortunate delays with Customs. 

One of the consequences of the new regulations, we currently cannot deliver directly to your doorstep from our European Distribution Centres.

All stock has to 'check in' first at our UK warehouse, before onward transportation to our UK customers. Therefore, we have to advise all items NOT marked as 'immediate delivery' could be delayed by an additional 7 days, 

The good news is, we have increased our UK stock holding, and will be increasing it further over the forthcoming weeks, to keep these delays to a minimum on our popular lines and service parts.

To help ensure a speedy delivery of your order, there may be occasions when parts on your order could be substituted with the equivalent part from an alternative manufacturer. The replacement part will be of similar quality. You will be notified before your order is dispatched, and given the option to cancel.

Regarding export orders, once again there are issues with Customs, therefore, we are restricting our export orders until further notice. All export customers must be aware some items on the order may incur import duties and tariffs when they arrive in EU member states, prior to receiving their delivery.

Please note that some of our prices could be subject to change after your order has been placed, due to increased import tariffs and surcharges from our couriers. You will be notified if this applies to your order, with an option to cancel your order with a full refund.

Difficult times ahead, but as always, the Jeepey Team will be working very hard to ensure supplies are maintained, keep you informed with tracking details and advising of any unforeseen delays and price increases. 

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Following the announcement of Lockdown 3 we have to restrict our operations even further, please respect the following guidelines:

  1. We are not accepting walk-in customers at this time, or customer collection of parts.
  2. Jeepey online shop will function as normal, but our office staff is reduced, and working within COVID-19 restrictions.
  3. The Showroom will remain closed until further notice.
  4. Our workshop will remain open, for essential and safety work, please check with our Storm Team. 
  5. Please DO NOT turn up without prior appointment, if you do have an appointment to deliver or collect a vehicle, we will ensure you have no direct contact with our staff.

Both our sites will be adhering to our COVID-19 policy guidelines, therefore it is very important to follow any instructions given by members of the Jeepey and Storm Teams, to minimise the potential spread of the virus. 

Finally, a word for our hard-working couriers, remember, they have Brexit delays to deal with, along with the pressure of Lockdown 3.- please be patient if your part takes a little longer to arrive.
